Howevera 16:10 aspect ratio should allow them to include multiple resolutions. 1200x1920 is quite common. And I know many laptops have 2400x3840. 1600x2560 can be had on desktop monitors, but I have no idea if there any common laptop screens that use that resolution. Anyways, lots of commonly used options for 16:10.

The16:10 aspect ratio of all of Dellās laptop displays makes for some non-standard resolutions, but this one is particularly strange. Itās not that Dell doesnāt have a high-resolution option.
Thats not exactly the case. The issue is not only of aspect ratio but of resolution as well. Most 16:9 displays have the same 3840x2160 resolution. You don't get more pixels by going for a larger monitor. A 16:10 4K would have 3840x2400, so more than 10% extra vertical space for actual content.
